MOSCOW, Nov 19 (PRIME) -- The weighted average rate of the Russian ruble with tomorrow settlement fell 1.5 kopecks against the U.S. dollar to 66.0081, according to the data of the Moscow Exchange seen by PRIME on Monday.
On November 16, the weighted average rate stood at 65.9931 rubles against the dollar.
